Coffee from Burundi

Burundi's coffee is grown on small hillside plots and processed at washing stations, mainly in the northern provinces of Kayanza and Ngozi. Like neighboring Rwanda it grows mostly bourbon. Washed lots are often bright and juicy, with red fruit and floral notes.
