Coffee from El Salvador

El Salvador still grows a lot of old bourbon trees, and it gave the coffee world the pacas and pacamara varieties. Most coffee comes from volcanic ranges in the west of the country. Cups are typically sweet and round, with chocolate and soft fruit.
