Coffee from India
India grows coffee in the south, mainly in Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu, often shaded under spice and fruit trees. It produces both arabica and robusta, and is known for monsooned coffee, aged in humid coastal air until mellow and low in acidity.
