Coffee from Peru
Most Peruvian coffee comes from small farms in the northern Andes, especially Cajamarca, Amazonas, and San Martín, and a large share of it is certified organic. Washed Peruvian lots tend to be mild and sweet, with nut, caramel, and soft fruit notes.
