Honey Process Coffee

Honey-processed coffee is pulped but dried with some or all of the sticky fruit layer (mucilage) left on the bean. Producers name the style by how much mucilage remains and how dark it dries: white, yellow, red, or black honey. Brazil's pulped natural is a close relative. Honey coffees usually sit between washed and natural, sweet with a rounded body.
